logging in with sso once sso has been set up, there are two methods for logging in with sso jomablue initiated login if a user navigates to the portal login page (pictured above) and enters their email address, they will be redirected to your sso identity provider at which point they will need to authenticate with your identity provider (if they haven't already) and then they will be directed back to the events list in the portal identity provider initiated login from the "apps" screen in your identity provider, a user will be able to click on the jomablue icon to log directly in to the portal user provisioning creating an owner level user once sso has been enabled, if your instance does not already have an owner level portal user, the user who will be nominated as an owner needs to log in via sso once they have logged in, they will be a portal level user; notify jomablue and we will elevate them to support level access provisioning more portal users jomablue's sso integration supports scim allowing users in your sso identity provider to access jomablue without needing to create an account (provided they have been given access to jomablue in your identity provider) users provisioned this way will be created as portal level users in jomablue; to elevate them above this access level, an owner level user will need to edit their user record in jomablue to set them to the appropriate access level
